Today, I want to share the results of the recent customer satisfaction survey we conducted for our graphic services customers.

We were overwhelmed by the number of responses we got:  by the many customers who took the time to tell us how much and why (or why not) they liked our services.

We got an overall score of 3.7 (5 being the best). We were rated 4 on quality of graphic work as well as price. 43% of respondents rated our quality of graphic work as 5!

My personal favorite is the response to the question “Over the next three months, how likely are you to use Affinity Express again?” We got rated 4.1 out of 5, and 59% respondents indicated they were “most likely” to use our services in the next three months.

But the reason for administering this survey wasn’t to give ourselves a pat on the back:  it was to get constructive feedback and see how we can improve. So I am very glad that we got so many comments from customers telling us what we can do better.  We have already reached out to most that had questions or concerns.

Because they made us so happy, I just have to share with you some of the many great compliments we got!

It is a pleasure to work with you—I can rely on the turn times and the product is great.

Your artist reproduced our images perfectly.

Overall, good quality, good turn times and fair price ensure our continued business relationship.

Every experience I have had with Affinity Express has been a positive one.  I appreciate the quality and promptness of delivery.  Keep up the good work!

Affinity Express has good turn times and great pricing . . . I also like the IDEA system.

I like best the quality and the people on the phone when I call.  I am used to the online tool and it is so quick/easy to initiate a job.  I love it.  Also, billing is quick so I know what to charge the customers.

The ability to upload any type of graphic and get a good quality, workable graphic back is terrific.

The price is great, followed by the the quality of the work and the turn around times.

We are using you for almost everything now!
