In the past year, we engaged major retailers such as SuperValu and Ivie & Associates and print providers for retailers to deliver pagination and image editing for flyers, posters, in-store signage and aisle markers.

We have been so successful to date because Affinity Express offers the best of both worlds, combining offshore and onshore resources. We also have a flexible and thorough approach to outsourcing; evaluating current client processes and workflows and facilitating the methodical transition of work to dedicated production resources.

This last comment was in response to our performance on an initial order of 100 images for one of our client’s new customers. As a result, we will be taking on even more volume and helping our client to grow.

The retailer segment is strong and growing for our company because business process outsourcing provides savings on labor costs. But it is also beneficial to many small and mid-sized organizations because it levels the playing field for them with the large companies. They can focus more on core business activities to build a competitive advantage and all other functions that don’t make major contributions to the bottom line are outsourced to experts like us at a reduced cost.

In the future, outsourcing of pre-media services by retailers will continue to expand with increasing automation and “cloud-sourcing.” This will drive new accounts to engage offshore production providers, who can integrate effectively and provide onsite production coordinators to facilitate trafficking and production management.
