Graphic Services Score 4.2 of 5

Thank You for Your FeedbackWe recently conducted our annual survey of graphic services customers. First of all, my sincere thanks to everyone who participated: nearly 300 of you took the time to answer our questions and we are grateful. We have pored through the results and read through every single word of your comments. Thanks to everyone who wrote critical feedback: we want to solve the issues you have had with using our services and make it easier and better for you. Our team is also responding to individual respondents with any concerns or issues.

And of course, every word of positive feedback encourages our team and makes us happy, and we’re grateful for your appreciation.

So, how did we fare?

I’m happy to report that our scores have improved this year. We are rated 4.2 on overall services, with 5 being the best. We are 4.4 on turn times, 4.3 on both reliability of delivery and quality of graphic work, 4.2 on our ordering system, and 4.1 on price. We score slightly less on customer service (3.9 for email customer service and 3.6 on phone customer service), and we’re already taking steps to improve that.

What is even more encouraging is that we score highly on the three attributes of our services that customers consider most important: quality of graphic work, turn times and reliability of delivery.

Here are some of the many comments we got that our team wants to print out and hang around the office.
